We have placed our Collateral Protection Plan (CPP) on your account because we do not have proof of physical damage insurance that meets our lienholder requirements.

What This Means for You
CPP helps ensure your vehicle remains protected, and many of our customers find it to be an affordable and convenient alternative to traditional physical damage insurance. By keeping CPP, you don’t need to shop for an outside policy—it’s automatically included along with your car payment for hassle-free protection. However, please note that state law still requires you to maintain your own liability insurance, as CPP does not provide liability coverage.

What You Need to Do

• If you wish to keep CPP, no action is needed. Simply continue making your regular car payments, which will now include CPP coverage.

• If you prefer to use your own insurance, please ensure your policy meets our requirements below.

Insurance Requirements
To remove CPP from your account, your physical damage insurance policy must meet the following conditions:

1. Lienholder Name and Address

Rainey Finance
PO Box 70729
Albany, GA 31708

2. Deductible of $500 or less

3. The insured driver or named insured must include the person listed on the vehicle loan account.

If your policy meets these requirements, please email a recent copy of your insurance declaration page (dated within the last 30 days) to insurance@raineyga.com, and we will remove CPP from your account.

If you have any questions or would like more details about the benefits of keeping CPP, feel free to reach out. We're happy to help!
