Every account is assigned an Account Representative. This is who you should contact any time you are not able to make a payment on your due date, have questions about payments and due date, etc.
9AM - 6PM MON - FRI
9AM - 4 PM SAT
If your car is disabled due to non-payment during non-business hours or holidays
You have a device on your vehicle that times out when payment is not made.
It does give you a couple of days warning before it shuts down.
The device will not shut down the vehicle while you are driving.
